The two bars are separate planning envelopes. International Process is India-delivered offshore work—not overseas employee pay and not a guaranteed premium.
This page is a workforce-planning tool—not an employer-by-employer salary survey.
Choose a service segment to open its benchmark families. The role-track count shows the breadth of the underlying hiring map; the salary itself is shown at benchmark-family level for clearer interpretation.

Choose experience first, then market context and process. Salary bands are attached to transparent benchmark families. Related titles are shown as role examples inside each family.

Non-clinical billing support and account administration. Medical coding and clinical judgment are excluded.
Select the benchmark family, experience, salary context and hiring quantity. Location and shift are captured as requirement context; they do not silently alter the salary model.
The budget shown is illustrative employee annual CTC—not provider billing, recruitment fee or fully loaded employment cost.
The purpose of this page is to support early workforce planning and hiring conversations. It does not claim that 458 job titles were separately surveyed.
Domestic BPO refers to India-client / India-customer process delivery. International Process — India Delivery refers to work delivered from India for overseas clients or customers. It does not represent an overseas employee salary and it is not a fixed percentage premium over domestic pay.
The page uses family-level editorial planning envelopes by experience stage. Public salary and workforce references provide directional context, but they do not independently validate every role-family figure. This separation is deliberate: a named role track is not presented as a standalone salary survey observation.
BPO organisations frequently use different titles for materially similar work. Grouping related titles—such as card service, retail-banking service and account enquiries—reduces false precision and makes the underlying compensation assumption visible to the user.
Location is captured because Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, NCR, Mumbai and other delivery markets can differ. This calculator does not apply an unverified city multiplier. Intris should validate the location effect against the current mandate before a salary is used for an offer or commercial proposal.
Do not treat these figures as vendor billing or total outsourcing cost. Recruitment fees, service-provider margin, infrastructure, seat cost, transport, training, one-time joining payments, special shift allowances not included in CTC and other overheads are excluded unless specifically validated.
This page covers outsourced BPO operations. It excludes KPO specialist work, medical coding, clinical judgement, actuarial work, investment research, statutory sign-off, software engineering and independently authorised regulated decision-making. Healthcare and insurance roles shown here are administrative workflows.
External references may use different populations and salary definitions. For example, public job sites may report base salary while this page uses annual employee CTC. Adecco states its guide reflects typical monthly base salary and can vary by location, experience, education, company size, benefits and local supply-demand. These sources are context checks, not sources for every number on this page.
Share the process, city, shift, experience and hiring volume. Intris can use the benchmark as a starting point and recalibrate the mandate around the actual role.
